Bought an Alcatel One Touch Fierce xl phone goes to searching for update, stay stuck on this I even tried in safe mode and got the same result it will not go past the screen that searches for updates
I bought it online and it will not go past the checking for updates screen after doing a master reset I enter my language I hook up the internet and then it searches for updates forever will not go past that
