If I tried to update to Windows10, will it make my printer settings be in error where it will not work?

Dear Denise I have worked on dv6 computer laptop the original programming probably, was a vista and or Xp
Windows and in that case you need to up grade
Programming or google it weather or not a dv 6
Ddr2 is compatible and or able to download
Windows 10 . Mite need to get atleast a DDR 3 or 4 machine or windows 10 won't work.

what HP, they have long names
what OS, XP,Vista,w7,w8 ,w10.??? what?

is unstated HP connected to the internet?
must be, or driver can never be found or downloaded

if yes, it will find the driver.
toss coin,land w10
ever been to CP, control panel
and click device manager?
see mice and other pointing devices , sure
see yours ? with red or yell errors marks?
sure
RC right click and and pick update, then let mS find it
be connected to internet or all things dont work are pain to fix.

Contact creative zen. There may be a firmware update or driver you need from them.

Your laptop isn't capable to run Windows10. The driver's weren't able to upload all the programming, especially if you didn't delete the original programming. If you downloaded Windows10 fron an authorized dealer, contact them and they should be able to help you, its part of the warranty.
