Loggia Elite. Battery charge screen suddenly went black, scooter wouldn't work. External charger shows battery has full charge.

Check the battery connection at the battery posts. Look for corrosion on the battery as well.

Replace bulb holders on 2000 ford explorer upper console

Take take the bulb holder into most major auto parts stores and they usually have a help section with commonly replaced items on a car, they might just carry the bulb holders. I believe the bulbs are 194 bulbs. Buy the 194LL (Long Life) and they should last longer.

How do I replace the power outlet located by my parking brake on my 2007 yaris?

The console finish plates in your Yaris are "snap-together". Just pry up on the front console sub-assembly (the upper plate around the shifter) and disengage the clips that secure it. move it forward far enough to get to the upper rear console sub-assembly (the panel around the shift lever). Pull the upper rear sub-assembly towards the front of the vehicle and up to disengage the clips that secure it to the console. You will then see the electrical connector on the back side of the power outlet. Disconnect the electrical connector and remove the upper rear console sub-assembly. Then just unscrew the large nut that secures the power outlet to the upper rear sub-assembly.
Reverse procedure to install..

I turn rocker switch on with one battery I show full, plug in a different battery, turn on rocker switch get nothing, both batteries show a full charge on charger. I think one battery is 3 years old other...

Hello

Check the following:

* Circuit breaker on main control box is tripped
* Fuse blown (check fuse in main control box assembly).
* Incorrect polarity at battery terminals
* Dead batteries.
* Charging cable is still connected to charging receptacle
* One of the cable connections at the main control box is loose.
* Control connection cable disconnected
* Broken key switch
* Throttle stuck fully open
* Throttle control potentiometer broken.
* Speed potentiometer broken
* Battery voltage too low.
* Faulty charging cable.
* Charger not working.
* Charging circuitry in main control box assembly not working

If these check OK, the problem is likely to in the control connection cable or upper control box Verify that the upper control box is getting 24V. (Blue wire on red connector.)

* If the upper control box is not getting 24V, replace control connection cable

* If the upper control box is getting 24V, check key switch operation and verify wiring in the upper control box. Trace voltage from keyswitch on to find where the problem occurs. (Replace upper control box if necessary.)

* Charge batteries with a 12V charger or replace if necessary.

* Ohm test the charging cable - replace if necessary.

* Test scooter with a different charger, if new charger works, replace charger.

* Check wiring in main control box assembly - replace in line relay if necessary
* If batteries, charger, and all wiring is good, replace controller PCB. (Note the model number for the PCB, for example 1208-2330.)

When i charge my e300s for 8 hours and plus. And when i ride it the battery goes back to low in 2 mins pls help.

Hi and Welcome to FixYa, I am Kelly. You did not mention the age of this scooter or an estimate of the hours it was used. This sounds like the plates in the battery have deteriorated to the point that the battery must be replaced. Old batteries will self discharge do to corrosion or multiple re-charge residue that causes internal battery plate shorts or there is no longer enough plate material to provide the amperage necessary to operate your scooters motor. The only remedy is to replace the battery. If it is relatively new... then there can be a short in the chassis wiring. I doubt there is a short in the wiring as the controls seem to be functioning normally per your comments.

I have over 40 years of real world battery experience autos, aircraft, battery packs et al. This just sounds like the battery life has been reached and the battery needs replaced.

Thanks for choosing FixYa,
Kelly

My scooter battery won't charge. Felt mild shock or short when attempted to insert connector. That seemed to disable the charger because the charger powers on, but will not run the charge to the...

Make sure that the charger is fully connected to the scooter; ususally the controller lights will go slowly left to right to indicate it is charging. Make sure the charger is plugged directly into the grounded wall outlet, not into an extension cord or power bar. If the charger is not being recognized by the scooter, you may need to replace the charger, or at least the power cord to the charger.
If your scooter has been sitting unused for a while? If so, the batteries might not charge anymore and will need to be replaced. Contact the manufacturer for a service call or troubleshooting over the phone.
Good luck!

Please can you help, i have a cameo3 shoprider, there is an intermittant beeping noise between the handlebars and near the battery, i would be grateful if you could help me.

Hello
If its a Bleeping Sound then your Potiometer or better known as a Pot its a Pot under the Trottle Assembly Levers that you use for Forward and Reverse , This Intermittant Bleeping will continue untill your Scooter will no longer Drive, So get a Replacement Pot Assembly Unit and your problem is solved.

I have a old pride victory 3 scooter working well what is the minimum charging time /how much for a replacement battery/s and how long do they last thanks

It is best to let it charge at least over night, longer if it hasn't been used for a while. It is also good to give them a long workout (Don't completely flatten them though) at least occaisionally. If they get regular and thorough use they will last longer, but extra weight like shopping, or lots of steepish paths will flatten them a lot faster. They are only supposed to last a couple of years, but will go longer if you look after them.

One of the most important things is to find a supplier/repairman you can trust. These are, after all your legs or mode of transport you are talking about.

Get Life Fitness 9700 generation treadmill through doorway

You need to remove the upper console arms/assembly - unbolt the five or six large bolts holding the frame to the base (you will need to remove the motor hood) and unplug the cable from the circuit board that goes up inside the arm to the console (make sure the power is unplugged!) use a 3/4'' ring spanner or socket.
