Check fuses and relays -if new bring back to installer have them repair --if new and you install recheck your wiring and motor hook up linkage also test switch and motor new doesnt mean free from defects

I would start by checking fuses. If you've checked already, then the windshield washer pump has probably gone bad. The wiper motor and washer pump should be separate units. Typically the washer pump is located in the base of the washer fluid reservoir.

probably cloged lines or ports,check your ports at windshield if ok could be a fuse or relay for the washer pump.

If you remove the carpet, you will find rubber plugs there that plug the drain holes in the floor. May be that one of them has dropped. And then the water flows every where.

If it makes noise, it's not the fuse. Most likely the discharge nozzles are stopped up. Try blowing compressed air into them from the outside.

sounds like a bad oil pump , I would not drive highway speed you could lock up motor.
