You need to increase the battery amps not the alternator amps. LEDs draw very little current. Or here is 100 amps!

Return it ASAP- there is no excuse for such an early failure except for the lousy quality control of most Chinese manufacturers.

Go to Warfs.org it is free to register and use it is a rocky owners site and there are free manuals to look at or print out. I own a 1990 rocky and use this site often, it is a wealth of information for our little rocky's.

You can get a tiny speaker from a laptop or Radio Shack.

Unless your rocky was custom or rebuild, the four wheel drive on the 90-92 rocky is not auto engage. it is manual. you have to use the four wheel gear shifter located left of the main gear shifter.

If you go to a web site called WARFS.ORG you can register for this free site and then access free manuals for your rocky they are the complete factory manuals and very helpful with complete step by step instructions. WARFS is an acronym for worldwide association of rocky feroza and sporttrack owners. you will find forums where owners help each other with problems, parts and modifications. I hope this helps you.
