There are literally dozens of capacitors, just look for one that is burnt looking or popped open.

The Inverter is trying to produce the high voltage to light the backlight. It looks like it cannot hold the charge to maintain the high voltage level in order for it to stay on - you get a momentary display at initial power-up thus see the logo. Replace the Inverter board.
