Please take a picture of the bobbin area of your machine in order to get a decent response.

take a small screw driver and gently lift an edge of the bobbin to lift it out

Needle/fabric/thread combination is wrong. hope this helps

Please first up on needle bar (Pressre foot). Then take one small screw driver or big needle put on bobbin center before some 3 or 6 times wring some thread ,then put on the bobbin machine wheel side after machine start slow and correctly you fill the bobbin.

There's no technical part called a "bobbin wheel" so I am assuming you mean the shuttle where the bobbin case goes.1.Unplug your machine2.If you look closely at the area where the hook came from, you'll notice there's a curved piece called the "driver" which moves in an arc when you turn the hand wheel. The hook is also curved. If you turn the handwheel until the driver looks like a smile, you can hold the hook by the center pin and turn it to look like a frown. If you put the frown on the smile, it will fit and all you have to do is put on the cover piece and turn the 2 pivoting holding arms over the cover until they lock into position and you are done. Put a little oil on the hook before sewing for best results. I hope this helps!Jimmy

Totally confused me with the explanation but I think I know what you are hetting at, the plastic bobbin sits flat in the bobbin case which should be black and the bobbin should turn anti clockwise in the bobbin case, contact [email protected] for a manual

You should have 3 pieces that make up the parts of the hook and bobbin case that you can take out to clean. 1 the bobbin case, 2 the race ring, 3 the hook. The easiest way to reinstall the hook and race ring is to tilt the machine and lay it on it's back. If you have the bobbin door open, and you rotate the handwheel and look inside the hook area, you will see the driver rotating back and forth. You want to set the hook inside the hook housing facing opposite the driver. As if your putting two halves together. Next install the race ring, shinny side out. Most of the rings have a nipple at the bottom that fits into a slot in the hook housing. Next lock the race ring in place with the 2 black or chrome arms that you swing inward. All you do next is install the bobbin case. Your done.

put the bobbin in its case then pull some thread out and pass it thru the bobbin case slot and under the tension spring .. put the bobbin and case over the shaft that is in the main unit .. the open side of the case goes in first .. make sure the bobbin doesnt fall out .. rotate the bobbin case until its finger lines up with the notch in the main case .. the bobbin case should latch in place on the shaft notch .. place the top thread under and to the back of the pressure foot then turn the machine one turn .. that will loop the top thread around the bottom (bobbin) thread ... now use a card or screwdriver to push both threads from under the pressure foot toward the back of the machine ..

There is a black lever that holds in the case (look for it at around the 10-11 o'clock area on the circle where the bobbin case fits into. You need to use a screw driver (the one that came with the machine) and push and hold it back enough to wedge the bobbin case back in. the little black lever is spring loaded so it will go back to its normal position.
