It would be better for you to buy a new laptop. I would take a person with you who knows somethings about computers. You should go to Best Buy, Staples, etc. to look around. Even a laptop in the $500 - $600 dollar range would be way faster than what you are currently using. Complete Guide to Buying New Laptops 2016 Laptop Buyers Guide

15 K86 011000 671T SUPORTED INTEL I3 PROCESSOR?

No, The 671T has an LGA775 socket and the I3 processor needs (depending on generation) either a LGA1150, 1155, or 1156 socket.
The 671T can support Core 2 Duo/Pentium D/Pentium 4/Celeron D processors that use the LGA775 socket.

What is deffrence between core i3, and core i5

There's two main differences between them that i can think off the top of my head.
1) The speed at which the processor works (where i5 works faster than i3)2) The number of cores it has.
Cores are like little computers inside the computer itself. The i3 has 2, while the i5 usually has 4. usually the more cores a computer has the better it is at doing background processes.

Can we upgrade my laptop samsung 300v4z to i3 prossessor

No, You can look at your Motherboards specs and usually it will give you the CPU options. If you have never changed a CPU before it takes a bit of research as to what is compatible with your system/Motherboard. The specs I found say you have a Pentium Dual-Core B950 3.4GHz., not to shabby, and a different socket . I don't see the amount of DDR3 Memory you have, but that would be a easy upgrade.

Can a Intel Core I3 be installed in a Emachines D725

No. Not the one listed above (socket LGA 1156) You need to look for a mobile CPU (possibly mobile 479). They differ physically and architecturally. Even then you need to establish that the CPU is removable and verify BIOS has support for upgraded chip. Talk to your local repair shop for finale decision.

I have a low cost lenovo b560 with a pentium processor in it I was wondering if I can swap it with the i3 that is in my HP that has a broken screen??? Please help

Hi!

Sorry you can't, intel pentium P series has different socket than Core i3 series.
And also, notebook is lowcost build exactly for the slower processor, putting there stronger processor will produce more heat, and possible overheating.
