You really need this fixed fast for if you have raw fuel coming from your exhaust your catalytic converters must not be working. If they were working they would be running a extremely high temperatures and be a fire hazard.
You most likely have damaged exhaust valves causing this problem, a compression test will confirm if this is the case. The other possible causes are bad injectors, coils, spark plugs and ignition timing.
I would check the fuel pressure regulator first, pull the vacuum hose off and see if there is fuel in the line,if so the diaphram has ruptured and raw fuel is being sucked into the intake
pull the vacuum line from the regulator and turn the key on and see if gas drips or sprays out from the nipple on the regulator if so that's your problem the fuel is going threw the line into the intake port
p0300 is code for miltible misfires. The p0172 is code for a rich reading from engine bank #1, this code may be set by the misfireing causing raw fuel to exit that bank to the sensor in the exhaust system. The most common cause is spark related, spark plugs, wires, dist. cap. etc. A less common cause is with the fuel injection system.
IF YOU GOT CYLINDER MISFIRE.OR OPEN FUEL INJECTOR.THAT WILL CAUSE THE PCM TO ENRICHEN FUEL MIXTURE.TO ADJUST TO DEAD CYLINDER.WHICH ACT AS A LARGE VACUUM LEAK.THATS WHY YOUR EXHAUST TAIL PIPES HAS A RAW FUEL SMELL AND WHITE SMOKES.
check if your O2 sensor is working that is the thing telling computer how much fuel to put into motor it is on pipe close to motor your O2 sensor tests how much oxygen is pipe while running and tells to increase or lean back fuel
it is shows more petrol in the combustion chamber check first sparkplugs put new plugs,if you have stil have problem the cylinder head needs to remove means valves inlets and exhaust to granding to make correct angle valve seat.
