• The original bands for that watch are very difficult to come by. But having a spare part or two never hurt either.

First, I would contact Kenneth Cole or the store where the watch was purchased. If they can't help you, find a jeweler who also works on watches. If you're in a large city you may be able to find a watchmaker who can help you.

Call this certified Kenneth Cole watch repair company and speak to the representative. Not sure if they are on the West Coast.

Or find a local watch maker. Sometimes they have limited screws on hand but most likey you will need to contact KC. You will need the numbers on the back of the watch handy.
