SOURCE: REPLACING MSI MS-7184 MOTHERBOARD - WHAT IS CORRECT REPLACEMENT

Any motherboard that matches the form factor, socket type(939), along with the front side bus. You must match all 3 in order for your new motherboard to work with your current processor. Otherwise you will need to buy a new processor also.

The following link will direct you to a page where you can purchase a motherboard that should work just fine.

Need scsi/raid drivers on floppy to install winxp pro (at f6 prompt)

Hello the drivers can be downloaded here:

http://www.tyan.com/support_download_drivers.aspx?model=S.S2865

You need to unzip the file before you install the driver.
It should not be nessesary to install drivers before installing the windows system.
Check your bios boot settings to boot from the cdrom or dvd drive.
The cd or dvd drive must be the first boot device in order to boot from the windows disk.
Install windows with only one harddrive.
You can also add a harddrive later, when the installation is done and all drivers is installed.

Good luck

Can somebody send me a link to the asus m2v win 7 drivers ?

Do you have the 32-bit or 64-bit version of Windows 7 Ultimate installed? The drivers depend only on this part of the OS version information. Asus did not release any drivers for the M2V for any version of Windows 7. There are updates for Windows XP and Vista. All of the available BIOS and driver updates are here: https://www.asus.com/us/Motherboards/M2V/HelpDesk_Download/ .

Hi,

Judging from the symptoms you describe I suspect that your graphics card is faulty. Did you buy the card new? If so, I would suggest returning it & asking the store to test it for you.
If it is determined that the card is not faulty, reply to this post & I will try to help you further.

When i install Bios up date for MSI KT6 Delta MS-6590 to up grade my RAM to 3 GB i have Problem m My PC go to hill too slowly but i have 2400+ CPU ???? how can i solve my problem

Ram need to be installed in pairs. Windows XP only recognizes a max of 4GB ram 3.5 usable. Windows Vista 32bit only recognizes a max of 4GB ram as well as Windows 7 32bit. Vista/7 64bit can recognise a much larger amount of ram. Find out if your operating system is 32 or 64 bit and make sure you are using the right kind of ram for your system.

Installed 4 G of RAM. Installed Windows 7. Only 3 G RAM Usable

Hi,
To recognize more than 3GB of RAM you will need a 64 bit version of the operating system. If you install Windows 7 32 bit (normal for most users) you will only see 3.
You should have both versions of Windows 7 (32bit and 64 bit) on your installation disk. However you will need a 64 bit capable processor to install it. Otherwise 3GB of RAM for a 32 bit operating system is more than enough.
