THREE WIRES RUN INTO A 3 PRONGED PLUG WITH A SPRING IN THE MIDDLE OF THIS PLUG AND 2 WIRES RUN INTO ANOTHER PLASTIC LIKE PLUG ALOMOST LIKE A FUSE COVER? PRETTY SURE THIS IS WHY IT WONT START?! I DONT KNOW WHERE THESE WIRES PLUG INTO?

ALL JD Tractors have a seat switch. But you have several other safety switches as well. Neutral safety switch, Mower clutch off switch. Pedal Switch. On the back of the key switch there are several wires. you should see two yellow wires. Put a jumper across these two wires and try again to start it. If that solves your problem one of your safety switches is bad. But I would start with the seat switch. Unplug it and install a jumper across the wires going to the frame. Then try to start it. 9-10 times its that switch that goes bad.
you may want to consider replacing the switch. These safety switches serve a very important function. They protect YOU.
I don't believe in bypassing any safety device on a mower, to many feet have been lost.
need help with this ASAP please!!!!!!!
