Once complete, click "OK" in the top right corner to exit the screen.

pda requests align of screen until you do it, if you cannot pass through aligning, you could have you digitizer broken, than you should put it to service
The quickest way out of the alignment screen is to actually align the screen by pressing the screen whereever the little cross is located on the screen. Or if you don't want to align the screen simpley hit the power button to turn it off and then hit it again to turn it back on.
I accidentally click on something and my screen alignment for my HTC mobile phone has run significantly... When I tried to align the screen from the setting, it only write that tap firmly and accurately on the target. the target will continue to move until the screen is aligned. Till now, i tried many times but the alignment is still out
actually it a hardware related issue if u are stuck at alignment screen then u have to go and replace the handset , actually Touch panel is faulty and it needs to be replaced these days touch panels fitted with these new devices are giving much problems and Company's are queit on this just go and change it in warranty , try aligning like 5 times atleast with some pointed thing tkae care if it stucks then there is nothing u can do jus cry for replacement
