I can't find my case with the product code, but I have it install another computer in the house, can I get thr info from that computer?

Don't have a go at me about how long the question has been up before it was answered as I accidentally came across the question and decided to answer it.
you may find the *********** from the computer that is working with the game by using

magic jelly bean on it to reveal the ***********. if the manufacturer logs the p.c's that have the game is installed and running on it you may need to contact the manufacturer to get the game removed from the old p.c.and allow it to install and register the new p.c.
operating systems may be a problem if the new p.c operating system is not compatible with the game software.
eg if it was on windows XP it may not run on Windows 10
