This was a challenge to research. I did come up with this, for the AFG 3 in 1
AFG Nadia Crib Assembly Instructions which I hope may be enough overlap to allow you to get your crib together.

Tips a safety crib must have:

• No missing, loose, broken, or improperly-installed screws, brackets, or other hardware on the crib or the mattress support.
• No much more than 2 3/8 inches between crib slats so a baby's physique cannot fit via the slats.
• A firm, snug-fitting mattress so a infant cannot get trapped between the mattress and also the side of the crib.
• No corner posts more than 1/16 of an inch above the finish panels (unless they are more than 16 inches high for a canopy) so a baby can't catch clothing and strangle.
• No cutout areas on the headboard or foot board so a baby's head cannot get trapped.
• A mattress assistance that doesn't effortlessly pull apart from the corner posts so a infant can't get trapped in between mattress and crib.
• No cracked or peeling paint to stop lead poisoning.
• No splinters or rough edges.

• Dressers: model number is stamped on the back, upper right hand side of the dresser.

that company went out of business do to numerous recalls for faulty cribs. personally, i recommend that you get rid of it.

i was given a Golden Baby Jessica convertible crib that did not have the harware, we located a hardware supplier that had what we needed, they may have yours as well. company is called products america. 800-772-1041 or productsamerica.com. hope this helps
