My Simpson eziloader front loader 5.5kg will not fill up with water

Your door lock is not fitting correctly!
This is a safety override to make sure that the washer does not fill with water & leak all over the floor because the door is not locked properly!

Suggest you get the door lock mechanism checked out and adjusted. It could be that this has either become blocked with soap powder or cotton material shedded from your clothing over time.
The latch is normally available as a spare part, so you could check this out with your local Simpson dealer, or buy it on the internet once you know the part ref number.

The motor controller or ECU is to blame.

Have them checked & replace as necessary.
