How to fix Television TCL

Question edited for clarity and English 'want' to won't.

Televisions don't record. The DVR security camera Box has the hard drive, or a television with a cable PVR attached may. The TCL is just a standalone receiver and will only show images from something else. They are a VERY basic set.

TCL 75C815 75 inch QLED 4K TeleVision it is not a computer so moved you to TV forum.
the parts are at the makers web site, in your unstated country.
TV are not the same world wide, ever.
so parts must be sourced that work in YOUR country.
if used part can not be found (and good) one bay
the ask TCL for parts.
is TLC as Indian maker? ,not sold here in N.America, (us)

I have exactly the same problem with my TCL HD television. Previously worked ok but no amount of rescanning the channels will restore the picture. :(
