How do I make a Genius Bar appointment

As long as they have open apts ...u can .... U can do this by going in the store and scheduling the appointment or going to apple.com and typing into the search bar genius it will pull up the options for support choose the options that lead you to scheduling a Genius Bar appointment pick the location and time slot that works for you

Go to the Apple store website they should have a list for classes and appointments. You should be able to make an appointment through their website that's what I always do

Well, you might be able to, but you will need to go to apple.com then select the support tab at the top right side of the screen, then just follow the steps and they'll show you when they have available time today for appointments.

This is complicated; go to Apple Store Genius Bar for any Dx for an Apple product.

OR, go to a Genius Bar. You have to make an appointment online for the Apple Genius Bar. All visits to the Genius Bar are free.

Make sure the iPad is charged. If so try holding the home and power button down simultaneously until the device resets and turns on.

If that does not work, you may need to make an appointment at your local Apple store and have the device checked out by an Apple Genius.
