How do I fix my iPad which is slow and jerky while playing solitaire

Sometimes, computers (and the iPad is a computer) needs to be shut down completely.
try the following, it won't erase or delete anything :
- hold down, both at the same time, the "sleep" button and the "Home" button, and don't let go for at least 10 seconds or until the Apple logo appears.
i do this about once per month to avoid problems such as yours.

if this doesn't work, you can delete the App and reinstall it from the App store.

You can start off by reseting your network setting. You will need to reconnect to wifi with your wifi password after.

Go to settings

General

reset

rest network settings

also would be a good idea to power cycle your router. hope this helps

Did you try going to settings , scroll down untill you see the solitaire app and click on the solitaire app thing and see what you can change?

To unlock the screen orientation on iPads, you can normally use the side switch (over the iPad volume button), unless you has set this side switch to control the Mute On/Off.
If the side switch controls the Mute On/Off, you can change it in
1) Tap Settings > General.
2) Under Use Side Switch To, select Lock Rotation instead of Mute.

The google playstore doesn't work on an iPAD. It's for Android only.
