What I think you are talking about is that music can't play.
That wasn't a very descriptive question but...
Some answers:
1. Media Player not installed (Install one)
2. Media codec incompatible (Search Google)
3. Your sound is turned off? (Very Unlikely)
4. You don't have speakers (Buy some!)
5. Software issues (Ask an expert)
6. Media is in another file format which is incompatible (Go to a free online media converter)
7. All of the above (Follow the above instructions)
Hope this helped!
To send music from You phone using bluetooth from Your samsung to a alcatel phone is very simple. Please follow the steps below to be able to send songs from samsung bluetooth to the alcatel:
Turn on the bluetooth on the samsung,
Turn on the bluetooth on the alcatel,
Select the song You want on the samsung,
Go to the option and select send through bluetooth,
It will search for the available bluetooth device that is turned on,
Then it will see the alcatels bluetooth, it will pair the device first before it sends the song,
Once it asks for a passkey, press 1111 on both phones,
take the piece of shit back. i bought my mom one for christmas, the music file won't even open for ours. don't even bother with it, just take it back and find a better mp3 player. :]
