Lost manual there are two things need help with

Sound like caps lock to me, usually key in middle of far left of keyboard

That symbol is the MUTE, you need to find out how to remove the Mute. Have a look in your manual. Download link below.

lg 9100 keybo i cant figure out a symbol showing on my phone , its in between the sd card symbol and the music symbol. it looks like 2 texts symbols, but there not. almost looks like a letter on top of another

Try this. Touch Keypad simulates a wireless phone keypad on the touch screen to allow you to enter text, numbers, and symbols just as if you were using a wireless phone keypad. Touch Keyboard simulates a 20-key QWERTY (typewriter) keyboard on the touch screen to allow you to enter text, numbers, and symbols similar to the way you would using a QWERTY keyboard. To use Touch Keypad or Touch Keyboard:  In a program, tap the Input Selector arrow, and then tap Touch Keypad or Touch Keyboard. To type lowercase letters, tap the keys on the dial pad or keyboard. To type a single uppercase letter, tap the Shift key and then tap the corresponding key. To type all uppercase letters, tap the Shift key twice. To change back to all lowercase letters, tap again. To enter a space after the word, tap the Space key. To start a new line, tap the Enter key. To backspace and delete a single character in any input mode, press the Back key. To open the Symbol pad, tap the Symbol key. To change the input mode:  Tap the Input mode key to switch to a different input mode: XT9 (predictive), Multitap (abc), or Numeric (123).

Look for your set type, and click on the picture, on the Right side on the screen near the middle of the screen there is "Owners Manual English PFD" which you can open and save to your computer.

Hi,

switch off your mobile first. Hold the following 3 keys simultaneously. Call button(green button), * and 3(number button)
With there 3 keys holded by u, simultaneously
switch on your mobile.

It means that your bluetooth is turned on. If you don't know what bluetooth is its nothing to worry about its just a way to send information back and forth to other phones. It may slightly make your battery die quicker and you will have to recharge it. But there is nothing wrong with your phone :)

when starting a call , when phone connects a symbol apperears middle of screen just above four chrome >< directional buttons , a phone symbol , press the up > button and youll get speaker on!

press down on the # key for a couple of seconds as this also unlocks the phone.(the key symbol isn't very clear but it is there.
plus you can find user manuals for most phones online.
