Hi, when i put in a game,a white screen pops up telling me to insert the disk into a xbox 360 console, or if i have auto run turnt off, will simply say play dvd or open tray on the desktop screen. if you put the disk in out in out in out it will eventully work, and once it has reconised the disk, it will thenn play perfectly for hours on end? it has no problems reading dvds(well once but i turnt it off and back on and was ok) and it does seem as if it is getting worse and worse, taking longer amount of times in and out before working. any suggestions pleeeeeease!!

Tthe problem is with the dvd drive in your 360. If your console is still under warranty, Microsoft will repair it for free.
If you console is not under warranty, you can login on www.xbox.com using the email account associated with your gamertag and open a support case to have your console fixed. Using this method, the repair cost will be $99.00
Or, you can call 1 800 4my xbox and speak with a customer support tech and have them open the support case for you. Using this method, the repair cost will $120.00
