Try the following Check whether your service provider supports this service or not and the service active on number If Yes
Go to settings>web settings>select your service providers name and activate....

Check whether service providers Access point is active or not(contact the customer care of your service provider for access point setting)

Just learnt that Windows has a Hyperterminal through which you can send commands to the USB devices. But the problem is the call centers will not tell the MIN. They just ask to bring the product to their place, which is not possible for a self-employed person. You can change the MIN using the Hyperterminal if you know the value to be entered.

One solution is to read the data using the AT commands from a friends' MODEM and write the same using AT command to your MODEM. This should work if your friend is in the same area as you are in.
