You should be able to print on both, but I wouldn't advise it at all. The envelopes are going to jam a LOT and you WILL eventualy get a label stuck inside the machine. Possible....yes. But I don't recommend it. :)

SOURCE: wrong count
FYI, if copy 1 side of A4, then is count as 1. If both sides, count as 2.
If copy 1 side of A3, then is count as 2. If both sides, count as 4.
That's the default settings on the MFP.
If u want to be copy 1 side of A3 and count as 1, u need to adjust the setting mode.
Press 08 and ON MFP, Enter 346, change "1" to "0".
SOURCE: Hi, I've have a Toshiba eStudio
Your Hard Disk Drive has failed. Toshiba Digital Copiers do this exact thing when the drive fails as the operating software for the copier is contained on the drive. Look at it as being similar to a computer which will not fully boot up when turned on if there is no hard drive available with an operating system on it. Good news is that the drive is a standard computer drive so they are cheap to buy. The bad news is you will need a trained Toshiba technician to install and then load the firmware onto the hard drive before the machine will run again. I have got machines like this to at least warm up and make copies by "bumping" the machine constantly after turning them on until they boot up. This works on a few of them because you are eccentially bumping the drive into starting to spin up. Once they spin up they will at least come to ready.
Good Luck and Thank You for using Fixya.

SOURCE: Our Toshiba e-studio 281c does not get past the
In some cases you have to turn it OFF/ON few times to get the copier to the ready mode.-------- So try to turn copier OFF and ON 7 to 8 timers and see if that helps.----------- Every time you off and and on the printer see if its gets to ready mode , if not then again off and on.------- Try this approx 7 to 8 times and see.---------- But if this is not helping that problem relates to low heat .In the copier there is a fuser assembly. This assembly heats inside. When the assembly reach at certain heat temperature, the printer gets to ready mode.-------- In your copier this fuser assembly is not heating to required level, so its just showing this " Wait Warming Up" message on display.---------- So the first possibility for this problem is fuser assembly.---------- Other possibility is heating lamps.---------- The 281c has lamps, not IH coil. In fact, it has 2 lamps, 1 heats middle, and 1 heats outer edges of UFR. My guess is one of your lamps is not coming on. If it's not a burned out lamp, it's the switching regulator that controls the lamp. Bad news... requires LGC bd replacement. The fuser is meeting the requirements for warming up ( certain temp within certain time frame) but since both lamps aren't coming on it never fully heats up.The edge temp thermister only shuts off the lamp when temp exceeds 230 degrees. But in your case this lamps are not heating the fuser to required temperature.,-------- Mostly this are the possible cause of the problem, and fuser assembly and lamps needs to be inspected.------- The copier needs to be taken apart to inspect this parts and tested with meter. To confirm the fault.------------ This will help.Thanks.Helpmech.
