Targa Visionary LT 3220 television is stuck on mute. tried pressing mute button on remote but nothing happens.

make sure the batteries are facing the right way

if batteries leaked or corroded
clean the battery terminals and spring with fine grit sandpaper

on and around the buttons or letters
try a baby wipe or soft tissue nothing harsher
or the white stuff will come off

you will have to ask for the sky operator for the code sir.

mostly there wont be any code. just ask him if you need to change some settings to make it respond.

some times you have to turn it off, unplug it, wait for 20 secs and plug it in again and turn it on, this would be the last step after trying the remote control thing, you know, check if mute buttom or volume, or the languaje option, good luck, God bless

I HAVE THE SOLUTION TO THIS PROBLEM.

Confirmed with Samsung tech support. Problem is with remote. to fix, simple take the batteries out of the remote. Press and hold the UP Volume button for 2 Mintues (no cheating, it has to be at least 2 minutes), this Reset's the Remote Control. Put the batteries back in. Bob's your uncle. all fixed.
