do one thing Turn Off Your Tablet
-> Hold Volume Button and Power button for 3 to 5 Secs -> You will see a screen with android and triangle with exclamation mark -> you will also see 4 lines of writing in blue. -> use volume buttons to navigate to 3rd option, use home to select it ( warning this will erase your system data if need please take backup) (memory card is not affected) -> now navigate to 1st option saying " reboot to system" use home key to select it.

Being a NEW phone please do not attempt to open the set or trials as your set is covered under warranty. The best you can do is to remove the battery and reset to see if the phone works fine . if not get the free warranty support from the service dealer.
