Manufacturers only supply mainboard manuals when the mainboard is sold as a stand-alone part. This is so that the system builder can populate and setup the board according to specifications. Pre-built systems use mainboards that are specially designed for the PC manufacturer by the mainboard manufacturer. There is no manual associated with these builds. Some mainboards used in pre-built systems may be very similar to stand-alone models. In those cases, you may be able to use the stand-alone manual. But unless you know who made the mainboard for Lenovo (they did not), you won't find a manual for the mainboard specifically.
