I have a volvo s80 2001, when driving up hill it goes very slow and then it just takes off with a speed, when driving on the flat its like the gas is not flowing freely and it gives small little jerks

Trying to help out a friend. ... The truck starts, runs, and drives fine until you get to a hill. 1. Low fuel pressure. Check pressure and replace pump/filter as needed.
2. You are "pinging". Use premium gas, check ignition timing and have mechanic remove carbon build-up from cylinders.

I have a 98 punto sporting nd today it started running like it was misfiring but wen i accelerate slow its fine but wen u accelerate as normal it spits and splutters :'( any suggestions??i have change fuel filter nd injectors ????

it is proberly because the car is not made to go up hills at slow speed these types of cars are not made for speed but not at slow speed aither you will have to go up the hill in 1st reving the hell out of it

time to consider a visit to the junk yard and fit a manual

have you changed the fuel filter lately a plugged fuel filter will cause this concern
did the power loss start all of a sudden or did you start losing power over time ?
