Please help me to login to my old Facebook page please

Usually to recover your old FB page you just use the login details of your old FB account to login

Click under the login page where it says "forgot password" and enter your information to change it so you can log in.

Point your web browser at http://www.facebook.com

If another account comes up, log out of it by clicking the down-pointing triangle in the upper-right then clicking "Log Out."

If you then still can't log in to your account, click the "Forgot your password?" link located just below the password box on the login page.

Grandma M, I suggest that you open a new account with anotgher email ID and add friends all over again.It can't be too difficult to get together all the friends of a 10 year old! Make sure the password is complex with numbers and letters with some capital letters. It's accounts with simple passwords that get hacked easy. Please tell your grandkid that she should ignore any emails supposedly from facebook asking her to login. This could be a phishing page trying to get her login and PW. She should login ONLY from the main page that is book marked.

On the Facebook login page click on Forgot Password? and follow the instructions to reset your password.

* You are a victim of phishing! Never enter your username & passwords in any duplicate/fake login pages!

* If your facebook account is still not hacked by the phisher, then try these steps :

1. Open your web browser.

2. Goto Tools >> Internet Options.

3. Delete all Cookies, Temporary Files and History.

4. Apply the settings and restart the browser.

5. Try to open the "Facebook Login Page" (http://www.facebook.com/)

6. If you can login successfully, then immediately change your password.

* If your account is already hacked, try to create a new account! :(

* Don't follow any of the above suggestions, because if your account is already hacked, then no software or tool can restore that account! Forget it, and start with a NEW!

You can request a new password reset.
Usually if you follow those steps, your can reset your password

CONTACT FACEBOOK VIA THE CONTACT CENTER NUMBERS OR EMAIL THEY WILL SEND YOU YOUR NEW LOGIN DETAILS WHICH YOU CAN THEN CHANGE TO A MEMORABLE PASSWORD YOU CAN REMEMBER, IF YOU CANT GET THE CONTACT NUMBERS FROM FACEBOOK CONTACT ME FURTHER & I WILL ACCESS FACEBOOK FOR YOU VIA MY LOGIN & RETRIEVE THE NUMBERS YOU NEED, HOPE THIS HELPS
