Finding wheels for strollers is always a problem unless they sell them as spare parts like Bugaboo does. Check with Phil & Teds if they're unhelpful a plastic wheel can be repaired provided the tyre is still good. Google plastic welders (yes plastic can be welded) find one local and show them the wheel.In Australia there is a Stroller repair shop that stocks new and secondhand parts called Karlisles. normaly the wheels are held on with little
"star clip" washers if the sprin tenshion has left them they just work them selfs off,, try getting some new spring clips fitted
Press the button and pull the axle out as far as it will go. At the button end is a metal collar - hold this firmly and push the button, without pushing the axle back in. This will loosen the 2 ball bearings at the other end of the axle and you can pull it out. It is a bit fiddly but i just managed it after the same problem.
