I have a POLAROID LCD TV model TLX-04244B. When I press the power button, I can see the Polaroid logo for a split second and then all of the backlights turn off and the screen turns black. When I shine a flashlight on the screen, I can see all images perfectly. Also, the sound works fine. Do you know if this is a power supply board replacement fix? Not sure if it matters but there is a blinking red light on the power supply board. Also, I have visually checked the power supply board capacitors and they all seem fine.
Inverter board failure.
Testimonial: "It is possible to replace just the transformers, or is the entire board typically replaced. With this model, I believe the power supply and inverter board are integrated."
