Do you mean the KX-TGEA20 cordless handset? I don't know of any KZ models in the Panasonic product line. You can also find the manual on the product page, http://shop.panasonic.com/search?q=KX-TGEA20# . Select the S or B suffix depending on the country in which you use the phone.

If you need additional information on using the handset, check the manual for the base system. The KX-TGEA20 works with the KX-TGE210 and other models.
