Inlet Error--- This can occur when water supply taps are not fully open or the water pressure to the tap or house is too low. This time of year it can also be a partially frozen water pipe. Other possible causes are kinked, pinched or bent water line hoses, or clogged water inlet filters.
Are all the relevant taps turned on?
Is there water coming out of the city water ?
Are all the taps "along the way" open?
If hose stiffens up when you open the "city" side tap, then clearly there is water pressure and the tap on your side must be closed
Best of luck
The Booklet says "if the hose retraction wheel is stuck and the hose is fully extended, the wheel still have movement. Grip the hose close to the guide hole and gently pull. The retraction wheel will give you enough movement to unlock itself before you slowly allow the auto retraction wheel to wind the hose back into the unit." They also say when walking the hose back to the unit, turn the tap off and press the lever on the watering gun to release pressure on the hose. This makes the retraction to the hose reel a lot easier and prolongs the life of your hose reel. More: Hose Reels
If dishwasher is flooding it is because the water inlet valve is not closing properly. Often they get stuck - you can replace the valve or take it apart and subject it to numerous on/off cycles after using wd 40 . That will loosen it up and save you some bucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The hose on the side that connects to the water supply is not the same hose that goes inside.
The side hose connects to the faucet and the fitting on the hose reel is not supposed to rotate.
The hose that the homeowner installs connects to the adapter on the center of the reel and this goes around when the spool is turning. Beyond that, I don't really understand the question. Hopefully this will give you some information that you can use and then post back.

It sounds like there is a obstruction in the line. disconnect the connection from the reel to the hose shutoff and blow the line out with compressed air.
You need to purchase a Hoselock tap connector. There are two basic types, one has a thread that screws on to a theaded tap and the other type is a compession fitting that can be secured to most other taps.
The full range of connectors can be found on their website
If your dishwasher leaks, check these:Main tub seal Door gasket or seal Water-inlet valve Hoses
Main tub seal Note… If the main motor of your dishwasher is mounted vertically, beneath the center bottom of the dishwasher, the following instructions probably apply to you. But if your motor is mounted horizontally, the pump isn't serviceable--you need to replace the entire pump and motor assembly.
The main tub seal is beneath the drain impeller. It prevents the water in the dishwasher from leaking out near the shaft of the motor. To get to the seal, which is inside the dishwasher, remove the:
1. Lower rack 2. Spray arm 3. Spray arm support 4. Wash/drain impellers
Then pry the seal out of its housing and replace it.
Door gasket or seal Over time, door gaskets and seals harden and lose their ability to seal properly. You can't repair the seals. You need to replace them if they've begun to leak.
Water-inlet valve The water-inlet valve, itself, seldom leaks. But, the water-supply line from the house and the rubber tube leading from the valve to the inside of the dishwasher may leak. Tighten or repair/replace these as necessary.
The water-inlet valve could mechanically stick open. When that happens, the water continues to flow into the dishwasher, which then floods your kitchen. Turn off the water supply to the dishwasher, and replace the valve.
Hoses Behind the lower access panel on your dishwasher are several rubber or plastic hoses. If the leak appears at a connection, try a new clamp. If that doesn't work, replace the hose. thanks for using FixYa
