I cant cut my zeepad on and its fully charged

You cannot use a computer USB port to charge a tablet, unlike charging a smartphone. You will have to use the supplied charger. If you really want to use the USB port to charge your Zeepad, you will need to custom-built a cable using any extra USB cable you can spare. Just change the connector at the remote end of the cable to one that suits your Zeepad's 5V DC IN socket. You are forwarned the connector is not easy to find.

You must first charge your Zeepad for a minimum of 9 hours prior to using it for the first time. Though it may show that it is fully charged after 4 or 5, you must leave it on the charger. When you go to turn it on, you must hold the power button for at least 3 seconds.

Hi, Zeepads have an issue with powering on....when charging it is best to use the mains charging as it is more powerful....if you are sure they have been fully charged then try this:

Hold the power button down for about 2-3 minutes.
Listen for a small click.
Take finger off of power button and wait for about 30 seconds.
Hit the power button again.

Hopefully you should see the start up screen, post back with the results!

First Battery charge often takes from 24 to 36 hrs.to fully charge.

Probably, the ac charger unit isn't good anymore. Output charge voltage& current isn't sufficient to drive your battery charge beyond 80% threshold.

Change or replace this with a new one (same ac charger specs please) and charge your tab again.

Try pressing on the lockwith your finger and sliding it to the right. Hope this helps.

Go to www.zeepad.net click on the picture of your device. Download the device driver, loading program, instructions and the firmware for your zeepad. Reinstall the firmware this will update and bring your unit to

I think you should return to manufacturer , cause if the zeepad came that way it's their problem
