PUK code for setting or open sim code

1. Browse to your carrier's website and enter your account login, or follow the prompts to register. This will include entering details such as your telephone number, name and a password. The password on the website account is unrelated to the SIM card password.
2. Select "My Phone" or "About Phone" or something similar and look for a settings summary.
3. Enter the PUK code from the website on the phone when prompted to do so. The phone will prompt you after three incorrect PIN number attempts. You will have 10 attempts to enter the correct PUK code before your SIM card locks up and becomes unusable.
4. Enter a new four- to eight-digit PIN code when prompted to do so. The phone will prompt you after you have successfully entered the PUK code.
5. Re-enter the desired PIN code to confirm.

Aol will not help with new password

To access your AOL account, you need to enter some information.
First, you need to enter your AOL user name or email account.
Next, you need to enter the AOL password that you entered when you first created your account. Once these two pieces of information are entered, you can sign in to your account.
However, if you have forgotten or lost your AOL password, you won't be able to access your account until you successfully reset your password.

Navigate to http://bill.aol.com/ and notice the "Sign In" window to the right of the screen.
Find the "Forgot Password" link under the "Password" field. Click the link.
Type your email address or AOL user name into the "User name or Email" field.
You'll also need to type the letters or numbers you see in the image into the "Word in Image" field.
Click "Next."
Type the correct answer to your security question in the "Your Answer" field.
Click "Next."
Provide the information for the "Billing Contact Name," including first and last name.
This is the primary account holder for your AOL account. Click "Next."
Answer the AOL security questions, which will ask for the last four digits of your Social Security number.
Click "Next." At this point, your identity will be verified.
Type in a new password on the next screen.
You'll need to retype the password to confirm.
Click "Next" and then click "Continue."
At this point, you will be able to sign in to your account using the new password you created.

Schlage keyless lock lost 6 digit code and no sticker inside either

You will need to take the keypad look off of your
door and record the 6 digit programming code and the two factory
default PIN codes. You then need to perform the factory reset to
erase any codes and restore the lock back to the factory defaults.
This procedure is outlined, as well as the programming of the device, in the attached instructions.

Hi: Somehow, I've had 2 FB Accounts for sometime (same Email address and password when logging in. The original account and the one I want to keep is under: Leslie Ryan-Pyves (this has all my photos...

Sorry, we can't help you with that since we aren't related in any way with FB. You must contact them directly by sending them a mail here

explaining the situation and requesting the correct action from their part - something got messed up in their servers and they are the only ones with access to them. Luckily the account should have been only deactivated (if you have done it from the Account Settings) - all your info from it will be recovered from their backups and to recover them you should try to login into it from another pc (or delete the cookies from your present one). Unless of course you have specifically requested that all the data to be deleted - in that case everything is lost for good.
If this is indeed the case all you have left to do is to completely wipe the other account also, wait at least a day and then create a new account with what you need.
