Ts 410 STIHL DISK CUTTER recently had a 156pounds service as cutter would not start after lots of heavy use.NOW AFTER ON A REALISTIC AVERAGE OF USAGE SINCE SERVICE:45 MINUTES MAX USAGE SPREAD OVER A 6 MONTH PERIOD- I HAVE THE EXACT SAME PROBLEM WHERE IT RUNS NORMALLY,STOP IT, START IT UP AGAIN, THEN GONE DOES NOT START, I'VE TRIED COMMON CHECKS ON IT BUT AS A BUILDER I HAVE ZERO KNOWLEDGE ON ENGINES. Any help..
It is like you overworked it and it got some efficiency fault.Kindly see a dealer closer to you.
Testimonial: "Thanks I dont have expert locally I took it to my local building merchants to get it serviced etc with note on replaced piston/s. I've not used it recently been in dry insulated storage it started right away but would not restart. Overworked as in the what I cut when just in use! Metal tin ribs on a Henderson garage door 3mins max after warming it up full revs etc for 30secs. Could it be compression?"

Try cleaning the plug and spray some starting fluid in the carb.Hope this helps and Thank You for asking!!!

Sounds like an overheating problem.
Are you working in a well-ventilated area or in direct sunlight?
Check, if you can, the temperature of the motor case.
You might have to take a break more often.
This hot summer has stressed a lot of motors and electronics.
When it shuts off you know it is trying to save itself from burnout.
if this machine ran ok before this problem, and no one has adjusted the carb, then i would check the crank seals.i have just had this problem.and it was the seal on the puller side, though i replaced both whilst i was at it.hope this helps my freind.
