Hi Lane. What happened to your old brushes?
Be carefull fitting different brushes to your machine. If you do, make sure that the brushes you use are also for a 24 volt DC motor. Different voltage motors have different types of material used for the brushes, they can damsge your commutator if you use the wrong ones.
If you find some that are slightly to big, it is Ok to carefully file them down to size.
Contact a local service agent, they often have used brushes that still have a bit of life in them.
I often use brushes from one brand in other brands of machine, and have used brushes as well, but we are probably too far away in New Zealand.
