..I tried connecting to my desktop PC and 'Installation Wizard' comes back saying it cannot find driver 'S Flash Neptune LTE 2'....where can I obtain this in case it is the needed fix ? ...would appreciate help even if this an old model cell phone...still worked like charm up until this snag...
It's probably the connector cable or the housing has rust. must be cleaned.
Testimonial: "Thanks Laurie for your interest and suggestion. Unfortunately the rusty connector cable is not the much hoped-for solution...cable is brand new and phone and computer connections (the 2 ends of cable) are both in tip top shape having been used successfully for battery charging (at phone) and for flash drive installations (at computer)....further to my description of what appears on the phone screen to start off with, and which led me to connecting a data cable between the phone and a PC, is "..phone code sig error 35:02...". His is shown just ahead of "..OK to program, connect USB data cable.." I have hunted a lot on the Internet for an explanation of this code, and although many people report this code, there is no clear discussion on what to do....Also, at one discussion for handling the elimination of the white-text-on-black screen advising about errors, there is mention of a need for "P2K Tools" and "P2K Driver 2.9", but is then mentioned to obtain these from "modmymobile.com". Searching for the latter one ends up on the Motorola website and notification that this data is not available...?? ...It would heaven-sent to find some one out there that has these items and can make them available....."
