I can t get into my phone as it will not turn on (charging light not on) and it won t charge. I have no security locks on it.
Please try the below steps:
1.Try another charger
2.Remove your battery and try to charge/turn on phone while connected to verified working charger
3.try another wall outlet

Kevin you must try charging it with the wall-charger, if that doesn't works, try entering BL mode by pressing # and *, and then pull the trigger to turn it on.
It will tell you that battery is low, you can connect then the charger, pull the trigger again, it should start normally.
