I tried removing the bottom plate but that does not get to the rollers.
First of all it is not recommended to do any hardware troubleshooting from your end, because if your HP Photosmart 6520 is within warranty so that would be voided by company. So after that you have to pay further for any of the issues related with hardware which might have lay off if you may have not touched the Printer. It is suggested to check if your printer is under warranty from the link given below:

You can also directly contact 'HP Support Center' from the link given below for further assistance:

SOURCE: label stuck on a roller?
Looks like label stuck on the toner cartridge. Easiest solution would be to replace toner cartridge or if you can slowly spin the OPC drum on toner cartridge till you find label NOTE: damage to the OPC drum with affect print quality as well as oil from fingers will affect PQ( print quality)
SOURCE: Need to remove the broken scanner glass on Hp 7780
This glass is easily removeable with the white plastic frame by removing the eight visible screws on the frame but there are also two more under the front control panel. Gently pry the cover off the panel and then with a small screwdriver carefully pry the panel from the frame (it has three small plastic retainers on the top edge). The panel will still be held by the two ribbon cables. Once this panel is removed you will see the remaining two screws holding the top frame on. To remove this frame you also have to unseat the lid by opening and then lifting straight up out of the hinge brackets...it will still be hanging by its control wire harness.. be sure and secure it while working so as not to damage your wires. Also if the glass was broken be sure and vac out the scanner area with a shop vac for any small pieces. If you need a replacement glass contact me at [email protected]. I should have a few laying around.
