It is damaged. no repair to it. Replace it with same number. Check and replace damaged component/s at its horizontal scan output section circuit. Check the LOT (Line Output Transformer) too for damage. Replace the horizontal scan output transistor. Check the input voltage to LOT. If the voltage is absent check the feeder resistor; if any. They often begin buzzing when the oil inside them gets old or evaporates from a cracked housing. It needs replacing however be very careful. Flyback have 50000 to 100000 volts in them even when the tv is off. There is a safety discharge procedure however if you are not familiar with replacing a flyback do not attempt it yourself. FLYBACK TRANSFORMERS CAN SEVERLY INJURE OR KILL YOU.
