Should be on a separate breaker, sometimes wired to a clock/fridge circuit. Check all breakers. I have seen people wire them to a GFCI outlet as well, not supposed to, but people still do it. Check for 120Vac at the fan and light switches, if its ther your switch is bad, it not there cicuit is not connected to power supply.
if both fan and light have quit working then you have an electrical supply problem. start with checking for thrown breakers in the breaker panel. if none are tripped then you have a broken wire or a wire no longer making a good connection. try twisting the wire nuts tighter were it wires in above it
Your problem is: You have a neff extractor fan which hasstopped working. The light and fan have both stopped working. Do I know where you can find the fuse as you suspect that this may be the problem. If I don't think it is the fuse would I be able to suggest anything else. The type is D-AY25-8 If there is another number that is more helpful please let you know. thanks Again your Neff Series 2 extractor has stopped working and you want to save yourself buying a new one!! Any suggestions greatly appreciated!
Since both light and fan require low voltage it sounds like a bad transformer. It will be mounted next to the motor. Make sure you turn off the power first.

Hi - I have a neff extractor fan and have the same problem. The light and fan have both stopped working. Does anybody know where I can find the fuse as I suspect that this may be the problem too?
Yes nothing would work if circuit was dead
Don't attempt to make any repairs until you shut off the power.
