Where is the speed sensor on a 2007 Harley Electraglide Ultra Classic???

Codes are indicative of the crank sensor.

Remve the speed sensor from the top right rear of the trans case and check to see if the magnet is full of debris. If it is, clean it off and reinstall it. Test ride the bike to see if this fixes the problem. If not, you either need a new sensor or the speedo is shot, It's usually the sensor.

The speedometer sensor is located on the top right of the transmission. It's a sensor held in by a single screw.

I had a similar issue on a Sportster, the battery cable had broken due to engine vibration, you could not see that it was broken as it had broken right at the cable end and was still making enough connection to start and run the bike, it would act erratically when riding, the tach and speedometer would either flutter or drop to 0. I didn't find it until it eventually failed completely.

The speedometer not working and the check engine light on are probably cause by the same thing, the speed sensor is bad. The clunking in the tranny could be what cause the speed sensor to go bad.

remove your speed sensor from the transmission and clean the metal shavings off of it
