Samsung UN46EH6050F. Has sound, no picture. Flashlight test shows it has a picture,just very dim. Check voltages on the power supply board,where power goes to LED's and it is reading off the charts

You would have to do further testing to determine which part has failed.

Likely the diodes are also blown, and are what caused the capacitors to blow.

the t-con board would be the problem if there is sound and back light working then is more likely to be this board.

Check the backlight circuit, but first, check the power supply of the blacklight circuit, does it feed the backlight circuit or not. If not, it's the power supply circuit, if yes, check the backlight circuit itself, and if it works, check the backlight themselves, the led. Good luck,

Usually means inverter or power board is bad! Check power board for voltages. Voltages are usually printed on the header port. if Inverter is bad panel would need replacing. If TV is less than or equal to 12 months contact Samsung for warranty repair.
