It sounds like this is a constant use item, and you do not have the time to descale it. If you have the time, you may want to try to descale the sediment using citric acid or white vinegar. Once the new tap is available, it's simple to fit. They usually have a big nut that unfastened and the tap will come straight off (make sure water tank is empty obviously)
clean the flange with a scotchbright pad and fit the new tap
thermal fuse is blown. it is located in the top, right rear of the machine in what is now browned tubing. you can either bypass the fuse with a jumper, or get a new part through bunn (800) 352-BUNN (2866)
turn the water main off, unscrew the spigot base just below the handle, and pull out the silicon cup. delime spigot and inlet with a deliming spring or a screwdriver. make sure the cup is pushed all the way onto the handle post and reassemble.
Bunn Home brewers don't perculate. They work the same way that commercial brewers do. Fillit with water, let it heat for about 20 minutes, then put your filter and coffee grounds in the funnel, pour a pot of water into the machine, put the pot on the warmer, and let the water run through. Then enjoy a nice hot cup of coffee.
In addition to running vinegar thru your coffee maker, remove the sprayer at the point where the fresh coffee comes out to enter the carafe. It is a disk about the size of a half dollar with several small holes in it. Use a small piece of wire to clean out each of the holes and you should have the speed back. good luck.
