Bobbin thread on top when sewing. regular sewing not embroidering but the bobbin thread is coming up on top.

Try rethreading both the machine and reinserting the bobbin. Make sure you did not insert your bobbin into the bobbincase backwards. What is the make and model of ur machine.

I have a brother JX2517. I took the bobbin case out to clean it, now I can't get it reinserted properly. I am aligning the arrow and the dot and the thread keeps breaking. Any suggestions?

Vertical bobbins can be a pain to pop back in properly. But first, I'd take out the bobbin and practice without it. Once you get the hang of lining it up and seating it correctly, then put the bobbin in and try again.

I find that a pair of long nose pliers can be helpful - my fingers are so stiff I have trouble manipulating small items and there's not much space to work in either.

How do Iinstall the Bobbin holder in na Singer tiny taylor machine?

I"m assuming that you are asking how to reinsert the bobbin case, rather than the bobbin itself. If you don't have your user's manual, you can download it free at the Singer website. When you do, look on page 19; it has exact directions and an illustration there regarding how to reinsert the bobbin case.

How can I replace bobbin case on Singer Inspiration 4220

Download the instruction manual free from the Singer Sewing Machine site, and go to page 62. It will show you how to reinsert your bobbin case.

The flat part goes UNDER the needle; there is a projection on the right side of the case towards the bottom that must rest against a silver part that is actually a cushion spring and prevents it from spinning. It's pictured in the manual.

It's helpful when reinserting it to insert it slightly clockwise of where it should go--that is, placing the flat part slightly to the right, then twisting it counterclockwise into the correct position, with the case's projecting resting against the spring.

Brother 1100 threading the bobbin

try changing the needle
rethread the machine top and bobbin
make sure to use every thread guide
make sure the top thread has not come off the thread take up
lever--this can cause the sewing machine to jam
if it's a top loading bobbin--take the bobbin out of the bobbin case
and turn it around and reinsert the bobbin
if it's a side or front loading bobbin take the bobbin and bobbin
case out and make sure the bobbin is inserted correctly into the
bobbin case and that the bobbin case is inserted correctly into the
sewing machine.

I am having trouble with my bobbin . When I put into the sewing machine and begin to sew the cotton just bunches up and jams . Any suggestions

Hello,
Here are a couple of things to try.

* Un-thread your machine and remove your bobbin. Clean any loose thread or lint out of your
bobbin case. Re-thread your machine, reinsert and re-thread your bobbin.

* Change your bobbin
There could be a nick along the edge of your bobbin spool that’s catching your thread as you
sew.

* When you start to sew a seam, grasp the upper and bobbin thread tails. Hold them back
and out of the way as you sew your first couple of stitches. This will keep them from getting
caught in your machine.

Hope this helps.

Bobbin Case will not snap into housing

Insert the bobbin case without a bobbin to see if it will go all the way into the locked position. If it does, the bobbin case and basket are okay.
Check inside the bobbin basket(where the bobbin goes) and see if there is thread or lint wrapped around the spindle the bobbin case sits on. If there is, remove it. If there isn't ,then the bobbin is probably sprung and needs to be replaced.
