I referenced it here. Unfortunately, this online vendor lists the blades as unavailable. You will just have to get all the dimensions on them and compare shop. Here is the deck parts:

Yes, this model can be used with voltage of 100-240V

It sounds like maybe one of the blades is damaged and it is jamming the whole thing. Try taking apart the head assembly and then insert each head one by one turning the shaver on in between each one. This should identify if one is damaged and causing the problem

Remove the 2 screws on the back and remove the back cover. This will allow you to access the inner cover that has 3 screws. Remove those screws and take off the inner back cover to access the battery. Be sure to read the NOTE concerning installation on that page

Same as Craftsman or Poulan Pro. Aftermarket blades from like Oregon or Rotary are just as good and cheaper, (or should be, depending on the dealer) But, if you have to have the original part #'s 134149 (mulching) or 138791 (straight), you can get them at Sears and pay through the nose. :)
