SOURCE: Jane Powertwin Pro Buggy Problems

To lock the front wheel there is a small black button that can be twisted. It is very stiff on my buggy but if you fiddle with it while the wheel is straight it will lock it.

SOURCE: Popped tire on Jane Powertwin

Yes, all you need is a 12" inner tube which you can get from most bike stores. It would normally fit a childs bicycle but it is the same size as the Jane rear wheels. If you take the wheel with you, you might even get them to fit it.

SOURCE: I have bought Jane Powertwin Pro and Jane rebel

Hi,

To place te Rebel Pro car seat onto the chassis, remove the hood from the back seat and where this was attached, there will be a rectangular hole either side, this is where the Rebel Pro will click into.

I hope this helps.

SOURCE: Where can I order parts for a Jane Powertwin

you could look on ebay, always spare parts for all different buggies on there. or you could go back to where you bought it from as they can order spares for you but would probably be more expensive.

SOURCE: Jane Powertwin pro - how do i fix the raincovers on to car seats

Hi,

When you are using the carseats (Rebel or Strata I expect) then make sure that the carseat handles are in the upward postition (as they would be when you carry them) the handles will then support the raincover.

Hope this helps.

My front wheel hit a pot hole pretty hard and now it all bent in towards the stoller and it doesn't work to push it anymore. Just wondering if i can get the whole front wheel part.

Hi,

If you visit http://www.johnstonprams.co.uk/contact.htm

you will find contact information to purchase a new footplate and wheel assembly. Check that you do need a wheel as well as the footplate and you may just need the footplate only (that would be about £30 ish).

I hope this helps.

How do i turn the front seat on the jane powertwin?

The front seat on the Powertwin does not turn. It only reclines by lifting the handle in the seat back. I rear facing Jane Rebel car seat can be fitted in place of the front seat using special adapters

Pulling to the right When pushing the powertwin it continually pulls to the right. It is extremely difficult to turn left with it. I have pumped up all the tyres but this does not help. This is a brand...

Check your tire pressure. We just experienced this a week ago. Sure enough, the right rear tire was flat. Once the tire was pumped up, it no longer pulled.
