No. The monitor has no tuner in it and the scan frequencies used in TV's are different in monitors. Tuner modules will work on laptops and PC's with usb ports.

Can i use a rosewill lcd monitor as a tv

That depends upon what you are using with it. Monitors do not have integrated tuners and thus cannot select channels. However, most cable providers use set-top boxes that perform the channel selection function for you. Many of these boxes have HDMI outputs that can be used with monitors that have these input capabilities. Otherwise, you need separate audio and video connectivity from the cable box to the set, either in the form of composite video plus audio cables, or a DVI cable with audio cables. Again, this is dependent upon what the cable box and monitor support.

Why my Pc monitor showing Input not supported?

There are several inputs that a monitor can handle depending if it's capable of doing so. For example, just like TV, if you want to watch a DVD, you have to change the input to Video and going back to TV, just choose TV input. The same way for computer monitors. If the monitor supports VGA, DVI, HDMI and others, you have to select the right input depending of the type of Video cable connected from your tower to the monitor. If you it is connected via VGA, choose VGA input. If the cable is HDMI, select HDMI. That will let your monitor switch from one input to the other..

Hope that works for you. -
I'll appreciate the feedback and the thumbs up.
Thanks.

I turn on my Rosewill 19" tft lcd computer screen it stays black. The power light constantly flashes with a clicking noise coming from the speakers.

14brad, It sure sounds like the "switch-mode-power-supply" has detected a fault with some other circuit or with itself and is going in and out of SHUTDOWN mode to try and save itself from having a nonrecovrable catastrophic failure. A tech will need to evaluate it, or he will buy it from you for $5 US. If he is lucky he will put less than $6 in parts into it and resell it for $40-$60. Go visit YOUTUBE and search and view video clips of LCD monitor disassembly and LCD monitor repair. also try ccl-la.com/badcaps.htm or www.badcaps.net and www.lcdparts.net for more info. Then you will be able to make a decision on what course of action you will want to take be it repair or trade-in for new monitor. Cords

According to the manufacturer, you have two plugs available for video. Either will work fine. The first is the traditional RGB plug. It contains 3 rows of 5 pins, and typically is blue in color. The second (and better IMHO) connection method is the DVI cables that many LCD's now come with. However, you will need to have a DVI connection on whatever you're plugging this monitor into. The plug is much wider than a traditional RGB plug. You monitor will specifically use the DVI-D (DVI-Digital) plug as seen at monoprice.com (http://www.monoprice.com/products/product.asp?c_id=102&cp_id=10209&cs_id=1020901&p_id=2685&seq=1&format=1#largeimage).

Monitor goes blank less than a second after turning on.

I start my computer and turn it on, and everything looks fine for about 1/4 of a second and then it goes black while leaving the power light green. I can only see the screen again after turning it off and on, but that's only for another 1/4 second. What's up?
I got my rosewill flatscreen as a hand me down from my father. I've had it for several years now. Was working fine until a month ago. When I turn the computer on the screen goes black after 1/4 of a saecond. I have to turn it off and on anywhere from 10 to 20 times before it stays on. I have checked all plugs to the computer and outlets. I have absolutely no idea whats causing this.
