Rimage Prism Plus - Disc tray won't close and getting 4 flashes on error light, any help?

Is it a Prism Plus, a Prism III or what?

There is no Windows 7 or 8 Drivers for the Prism printers unless you have purchased the New Prism III (the printer is Black) Rimage has no intention of ever releasing a newer print driver.

Usually this is a bad printer pad, or your disc are not flat? Put the disc on a table, push near the edge of the disc and the opposite side should not lift up. In rare occasions the clamp pins will lower into the mounts. They can be raised with a flat screwdriver but be very carefull. If the pins extend above the CDs they will destroy the printhead ($575)

Hi, I had the same problem with my Rimage Everest and Prism printers. I had loads of problems with them. I managed to solve the problem by contacting these guys, www.rpadistribution.com They were really helpful and I must admit I can not remember what they did but they talked me through some processes with me and managed to get them both working for me together on the same PC
